My inspiration was the mixture of simple geometric design and the intracacy of detail found in Art Deco art and architecture. My necklace is a bold, beadwoven collar in hues of red, bronze, gold and black. I cannot say how many times I tore it apart and restitched it on my loom. It is my first piece where I pre-strung beads (gold-plated bicone metal beads to be exact) on the warp threads before I began weaving. I think it's good to go!
I'm so pleased with how it turned out. Tell me what you think...
